We are governed by regulations and laws put in place by the jurisdictions in which we operate and deal with. In the UK we're governed by the MHRA, whilst in the USA we're governed by the FDA. We also adhere to laws and guidelines laid out by other regulatory bodies including the Chinese SFDA, the Indian CDSCO and the European Commission for Public Health. As these regulations have been laid down by experts from various national governments and organizations, it is vital any buyer only ever buys from companies following these guidelines – by choosing us, buyers will know that their products are 100% compliant, 100% of the time.
We also know that the transportation of goods is incredibly important, as goods must be handled correctly throughout the transportation process. That's why we require all of our delivery agents to adhere to the Good Distribution Practice, ensuring that all pharmaceuticals don't just leave in perfect condition, but arrive in perfect condition too. Buyers with a preference can also choose the delivery agent they prefer, providing yet more piece of mind to those purchasing pharmaceutical products.
We take our obligations as a pharmaceutical distributor extremely seriously and we operate on a basis of strict compliance. All stakeholders know what is expected of them when they work with us, consumers know they can rest with the peace of mind that the pharmaceuticals we distribute are safe for sale. If we feel that a supplier or distributer is not adhering to the strict expectations we have, we will cease working with them, in order to ensure our buyers continue to receive only the best goods.
