We employ stringent measures and checks to ensure quality procurement and delivery of all goods and services. One of the defining features of our business is the measures we take to build knowledge of each and every customer that we work with. This means that we can continually supply our valued customers with what they need, and tailor our service to ensure we develop in the correct direction.

'Know Your Customer' (KYC) forms a very prominent part of how we engage with our stakeholder base. For that reason buyers, suppliers and delivery agents are fully vetted and specially selected before being admitted access to our website. While this means we do turn people away, we are not going to change: our reputation is too important for us to risk by letting our standards slip.

We do this to meet the requirements of Good Distribution Practice as required by UK's MHRA standards and the US FDA. For instance, part of the qualification criteria for buyers is having the requisite drug import licensing and being registered with local pharmaceutical boards. This ensures proper due diligence at which point buyers become approved to purchase Randa products. We also make an effort to understand the business models employed by buyers in order to determine who the products are being sold to.

We try to ensure a short supply chain between suppliers and end consumers - giving consumers a degree of reassurance when buying purchased products from our list of certified buyers.
